For Fraudulent websites in India

It has come to our attention that a fake and fraudulent entity is unlawfully using our name and likeness in India to mislead individuals and solicit investments. This entity has been using a variety of URLs claiming to be part of gategroup – however we would like to clarify that gategroup does not operate any website or platforms in India at this time, nor presently has any agent(s) in India and any representation to the contrary is false and fraudulent.

We have taken immediate steps to address this situation and have notified the cyber-crime cell in India regarding the misuse of our good name and are reporting these websites to the relevant domain registrar as they come to our attention and demanding that they be suspended. We are actively cooperating with the authorities and are working towards shutting down this scam. gategroup has zero tolerance for such scams, and we are distressed to see that our good name and reputation has been used to intentionally deceive members of the public.
